OLYMPICS

HAPPY OLYMPICS EVERYONE!

Tonight my roommates and I are all watching the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia! Well not really are we watching them in Russia, I wish we were but we are watching them in our cozy little apartment.I love the Olympics so much they are the one time that world is somewhat all at peace for two weeks. I don't understand why we all just can't get along. Anyway we decided to have some fun.

Questions about the Olympics:

1. When and where were the first modern Olympic Games held?

2. What is the aim of the Olympic Movement?

3. Are the gold medals real gold?

4. How many winter Olympics have their been?

We'll happy Olympics everyone!! Hope you have a wonderful week!

  3. I just love the Olympics. It was so neat in the Opening Ceremonies to hear about the athletes-I find myself cheering especially for those that are the only ones from their countries. What a great symbol of loyalty and honor!
